Prioritize security appliances and cameras past or near end of support, align license renewals with replacement dates, and plan configuration and camera retention moves before swapping hardware.

## Verification

Export the dashboard inventory with model numbers, record each device’s end-of-support date, and confirm devices past that date are replaced or scheduled with an owner and a date.
